Liz developed a love for spinning after her very first class. After 8 years of spinning and over 4 years of teaching there is still no better feeling than leaving a class with a smile and an amazing, accomplished feeling. "I love the spin community, we combine riders of all ages and fitness abilities. Everyone is welcome and each ride is your own. The lights go out, the music gets loud and the energy is electric, that’s where the fun begins for me. Looking out over the class when everyone is riding to the beat and doing their best makes for a great class. The thing I love to hear after a class, especially those 5:30 morning ones, is 'I’m so glad I got myself here and I feel so much better than when I walked in.' " Let the class clear your mind, improve your body, and free your soul.
